Do you only sell online?
Yes, our online store includes a safe and secure method of paying. Our delivery is pretty quick, so you'll get your order asap.
How do I know that you have received my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email from us confirming that the order has been placed. Please allow up to 15 minutes for this email to arrive. A second email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once you have submitted your order it is not possible to make any changes. If you change your mind about an item, please refer to our Returns Policy for information on how to return products.

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, this can be a work or other residential address. Please ensure you complete the address details in full. If you are selecting a work address please ensure you put the name of the Company/Organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name and number so that it is successfully delivered. Our deliveries require a signature, so please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel.
What if I am not in when my parcel is delivered?
The delivery company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on how to rearrange the delivery or pick it up from their delivery office. The delivery company may leave the parcel with a neighbour, or if there is a safe, secure location at the property they may leave the parcel there.
Please note parcels which are not collected from the delivery office will be returned to us. Story 81 reserves the right to charge a redelivery fee for a second delivery attempt. Please visit our Delivery Information page for further information..
Will a signature be needed for my delivery?

Is my postcode eligible for Saturday delivery?
We try to get your item to you as soon as possible. In some instances we may send your item via a courier who delivers on a Saturday, however this is NOT guaranteed.
